Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum one year experience in medical billing, reimbursement, insurance verification, or similar related medical office experience, Previous data entry experience (minimum three months), Ability to type 30wpm+, High attention to detail, Computer savvy, Advanced ability/knowledge of all Microsoft Suite programs, Advanced ability/knowledge of soft phone systems, Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, Able to work in a virtual team environment, Excellent follow through, Private workspace free of distraction, Workspace must include internet plug-in accessibility, Must reside in country where the job is posted
Nice to Have
Some College, Bilingual Spanish - English, Previous experience in Patient Support Services (Hub), Previous Customer Service experience in the healthcare field

Perform benefit investigations

Contact patients for eligibility
Contact providers for eligibility
Evaluate eligibility for assistance programs
Provide varied adherence support
Perform outbound calls
