What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active, unrestricted clinical certification or licensure, Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), 1 year of patient-facing experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting, Comfortable communicating proactively and professionally throughout the day via Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and in person, Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, Valid, unencumbered driver’s license, Consistent, reliable transportation, Current auto insurance, Ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have
Experience with Ennoble Care’s EMR, Knowledge of healthcare terminology, Knowledge of care coordination principles, Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
