What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active, unrestricted clinical certification or licensure, such as: Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) or comparable credential, Minimum 1 year of patient-facing experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting, Comfortable communicating proactively and professionally throughout the day via Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and in person, Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, (or thereabouts, contingent on facility hours) in an on-site role, based in the Reston, Virginia area, with a primary focus on the Warrenton vicinity., Valid, unencumbered driver’s license, Consistent, reliable transportation to fulfill the duties of this position, Current auto insurance, with the ability to provide proof, Ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have
Experience with Ennoble Care’s EMR, Knowledge of healthcare terminology and care coordination principles, Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

This role is an integral, in-person member of our clinical care team, working alongside Ennoble Care providers in a family-practice-style model of care that emphasizes continuity, relationship-building, and patient-centered support.
