Must Have

Active, unrestricted clinical certification or licensure, such as: Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA) / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN) or comparable credential, Minimum 1 year of patient-facing experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar clinical setting, Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, (or thereabouts, contingent on facility hours) in an on-site role, based in the Reston, Virginia area., Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Coordinate care for long-term care residents using Ennoble Care’s EMR

on-site engagement with residents to support care plans

Communicate patient needs

and urgent concerns to the clinical team in a timely manner

This role is an integral, in-person member of our clinical care team, working alongside Ennoble Care providers in a family-practice-style model of care that emphasizes continuity, relationship-building, and patient-centered support.
