Complete referrals for patients
Coordinate with referring and receiving practices and/or departments
Coordinate and prepare financial estimates for patients
Obtain all authorizations needed
Direct patients to providers in their insurance plan
Review benefits and educate patient on insurance coverage
Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures
Review schedules and confirm accuracy
