As a Care Coordinator at Wellthy, you will be responsible for supporting families and members residing in Canada and the United States, addressing their unique caregiving needs, and taking a proactive role in managing their care plans. You will be the primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate complex healthcare tasks such as finding the right providers, managing medical bills, scheduling appointments, tracking medications, and vetting facilities.
