## Description Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in Dumbo Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24hours. Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service.
