Must Have
Minimum of 2 years experience in a health care setting, adept in technology to utilize multiple data platforms and troubleshoot as needed, organizational skills, familiarity with scheduling, insurance and authorizations
Nice to Have
health care scheduling experience is a plus, Bachelor’s degree highly desirable, preferably as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) or in a clinical role such as medical assistant, certified nursing assistant or EMT, Experience in utilization management, community resources, and/or financial and quality issues affecting patient care desirable

This position will be a key component to achieving collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System’s commitment to patient centered care, community engagement, and focus on transition of care for patients with physical and behavioral healthcare needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a collaborative approach to ensure smooth throughput and care transitions for patients. The Care Coordinator Associate must be adept in technology to utilize multiple data platforms and troubleshoot as needed.
