What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word required, Basic computer skills, Acceptable proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience with seniors with dementia including participation in activities is preferred, CNA or CHHA license depending on the state
What You'll Do.
Provide companionship and support to residents
Provide assistance with activities of daily living
Encourage independence in activities of daily living
Participate in activities
Serve residents during mealtime
Assist with memory care laundry
Perform basic housekeeping
Ensure resident/family concerns receive timely response
Follow up on resident/family concerns
Provide high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain a positive demeanor toward residents
Maintain a professional demeanor toward residents
Maintain a positive demeanor toward visitors
