CareAssistant-(Lyminge,Etchinghill,Elham)

We’re growing our team in the CT4 villages — Lyminge, Etchinghill and Elham — and we’re looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their local community. If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone’s day — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. At Home Instead, we focus on quality care, offering both companionship and personal support so clients can live safely, comfortably and with dignity. Morning calls are usually 07:00-12:00/14:00 with Lunch Calls. Evenings would be 16:00-21:00 and you would be required to work alternate Weekends. Our visits are never rushed, giving you the time to build trust and make a real difference. Care as it should be — unhurried, personal, rewarding. At Home Instead, we give you the time to care properly. Our visits are a minimum of one hour , so you can focus on what matters, helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll support older adults with things like: * Personal care and mobility * Preparing meals or a comforting cuppa * Light household tasks to keep their home safe * Sharing conversation, stories and companionship * Supporting with some health tasks — e.g. catheter care, stoma care, nail care (full training provided) No previous care experience? No problem, we’ll train, support and cheer you on from day one.
