30p mileage between clients, Every second weekend off, Alternate weekends (essential for this role), Some flexibility to support client continuity, Driver with access to your own car
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid UK Driving Licence, Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use, Right to work in the UK, Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain), Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Nice to Have
Health and Safety awareness or basic training, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks, Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development, Reliable transport and punctuality record, Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
