What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years experience, Associate's Degree and 6+ years experience, Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years experience, Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences, Earned Senior Representative level in another Medtronic Field Business
Nice to Have
Local qualified candidates, Medtronic experience, Experience selling to surgeons, Experience selling in Cardiac operating room, Track record of success in high pressure, selling environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Outstanding selling and negotiation skills, Demonstrated ability to effectively forecast for results, Ability to successfully plan and manage accounts, Ability to develop and successfully follow through with a strategic plan
What You'll Do.
Gain market shares in Heart Valve
Achieve quarterly revenue and unit goals
Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Medtronic
and follow through with a quarterly
Create a detailed forecast with customer commitments
and close new and existing customers
Maximize revenue potential by targeting specific customers
Develop and maintain a high-level of expertise in

Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving quarterly revenue and unit goals in their territory.
