Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests Collaborate with cardiologists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary Conduct cardiac stress tests, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and other diagnostic procedures Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, preventive measures, and the importance of medication adherence Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families Knowledge of CMS Regulations and NCQA HEDIS Guidelines Document accurate medical records to ensure compliance with OSHA and Government regulations and perform duties in accordance with site quality and safety syst
