Must Have
Knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services or insurance industry experience processes, Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision, Ability to work independently, Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, Knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
Nice to Have
Work experience with the Company’s systems and processes, Previous cash collections experience, Additional related education and/or experience
What You'll Do.
Perform registration/check-in processes
Verify insurance eligibility benefits
Calculate and collect patient liability
Enter payments/charges for services
Schedule office visits and procedures
Demonstrate proactive interpersonal communications skills
Assist in responding to requests for patient medical records
Provide a variety of patient services
