What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or equivalent, Valid CCT certification or approved licenses/certifications, Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare, health insurance or medical device industry, Demonstrated ability to perform cardiac rhythm analysis and interpretation, Proficiency with cardiac monitoring systems, HIPAA Guidelines adherence, Good Clinical Practices adherence
Nice to Have
Associate degree or two years of college coursework, Minimum of 1 year ECG monitoring or related field, Experience in patient care, clinical operations, lab setting and/or another diagnostic environment
What You'll Do.
Review ECG strip data and algorithm findings
Utilize iRhythm’s Transmissions tools
Develop clinical knowledge
Perform quality assurance of reports
Provide report format modifications
Communicate critical findings to medical professionals
Contact patients via telephone for follow-up transmissions
Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements
Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics
Complete new hire training
Complete ongoing compliance requirements
Perform cardiac rhythm analysis and interpretation
Participate in cross-training
Produce Zio XT Final Reports
Perform other duties as assigned
