Must Have
Current RN license, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
What You'll Do.
Prepare patients for procedures
Explain process to patients
Obtain medical history
Address patient concerns
Scrub during procedures
Circulate during procedures
Manage cardiac rhythms
Maintain sterile environment
Monitor patients for complications
Provide recovery support
Educate patients and families
Operate cath lab equipment
Assist with hemostasis devices
Ensure procedural checklists completed
Develop individualized care plans
Coordinate patient care
Participate in continuing education
Participate in clinical audits
Maintain competency in cardiac care
