Must Have
3 years’ experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology, Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) -OR- Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV) -OR- Radiography (R) – OR-Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI) certification issued by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist with Cardiovascular Credentialing International, ACLS, Critical thinking, decisive and independent judgment, CPR – American Heart Association, Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate

What You'll Do.
Assists the Invasive Cardiologist in the performance of diagnostic and interventional procedures
Integrates knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral vascular physiology
and procedural techniques
Maintains expertise in current radiographic imagery techniques
Orients inexperienced staff on laboratory operation
Troubleshoots malfunctions
Anticipates adverse reactions / conditions when monitoring the effects of all procedural activities
and responds appropriately
Completes required documentation for procedures
