This role is based out of Singapore and has the unique opportunity to have a direct impact on Wise’s card product and our cardholders, globally. As our Card Scheme Compliance Manager, you will be expected to: * Keep abreast of scheme requirements and changes impacting us, and advise the product stakeholders accordingly * Translating scheme rules for Product, Engineering, Operational and Business teams into understandable requirements * Maintaining compliance registry/matrix to ensure Wise products are compliant with Scheme rules as well as horizon scanning and planning for upcoming mandates. * Empowering teams with tools and knowledge through collaboration and training sessions to ensure compliance is a key part of the product development and maintenance processes. * Lead and manage engagements with the schemes in a manner that safeguards and advances the company’s core interests. * Support product on requirements and scope of change, in order to comply with relevant requirements in the context of issues and problems that are raised during normal business activities * Work hand in hand with product stakeholders to identify and manage any financial risk including managing extensions or waivers. * Develop, implement, and execute compliance testing/monitoring, continuous assurance, and reporting Key Skills required to succeed: * Project Management : Experience in managing project-based initiatives, which includes p
