Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Manage end-to-end invoice reconciliation and payment processing for vendors and external partners, ensuring accuracy between contracts, transaction data, and billing records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoicing, supporting financial accuracy, cost allocation, and revenue integrity across card programs. Coordinate daily operations with major payment networks such as Visa and Mastercard, including use of scheme management portals and related systems. Support program changes including BIN configuration updates, product launches, transaction controls, limits, and other card feature adjustments. Manage relationships with card personalization vendors, including card stock ordering, production timelines, design coordination, and fulfillment tracking. Handle vendor onboarding processes (KYB), contract lifecycle management, and support commercial negotiations with legal and compliance teams. Develop and maintain operational documentation (SOPs) and contribute to process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in card operations, payments, fintech, financial operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of card payment ecosystems, including interchange mechanics, billing structures, and vendor workflows. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Visa and/or Mastercard operational platforms is highly desirable. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and ability to work with financial and operational data. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and financial reconciliation or reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
