What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associates degree is preferred, or minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in banking or equivalent experience in a related field., Ability to work in a dynamic, high monetary risk operations governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements, Ability to make effective decisions under pressure in a high monetary risk environment, Sound organizational and time management skills, High level of technology proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating and manipulating spreadsheets and creating reports from spreadsheets

Nice to Have

Associates degree is preferred, Experience working with reconciliations helpful

What You'll Do.

Provide a high level of support and hospitality to both members and internal staff as it relates to Debit and Credit operations.

Daily processing of entries

addressing member card related service issues

and reconciliation of outstanding items.

Respond to all inquiries from internal customers seeking assistance and provide general information regarding payoffs

Perform Debit/Credit card maintenance that includes but is not limited to: Openinglocking cards

pulling and redirecting or destroying cards as needed in accordance to the particular card program and applicable procedures and guidelines

Perform a set of daily tasks as assigned from the Card Operations Tasks list

and reviews department policies and procedures to ensure they are updated and accurate

At all times maintain a high degree of processing accuracy and member information confidentiality

Team & Collaboration

Build internal customer hospitality utilizing courtesy and friendliness; support the other business units within Operations to ensure a high level of member service is achieved and maintained

Communication Scope

Build internal customer hospitality utilizing courtesy and friendliness; resolving service issues in a prompt and professional manner; providing accurate and complete information; Respond to all inquiries from internal customers seeking assistance; Adhere to phone availability requirements and successfully navigate inquiries on Card Operations topics for Debit and Credit cards; Adhere to all internal and external member service standards, providing effective member service to both internal and external customers
