About the Role: We are looking for a Capture Manager to work directly with the Head of Growth and executive team to build and own webAI’s end-to-end capture capability to turn shaped opportunities into wins. Today, many defense tech companies rely on ad hoc, last-minute proposal efforts. webAI is taking a different approach: building a disciplined, repeatable capture system that increases win rates, improves efficiency, and scales with the business. This role is not about writing proposals. It is about owning the strategy and system behind winning and helping us build the function. Responsibilities: Own capture strategy - Define win themes, competitive positioning, and pursuit strategy - Ensure alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and proposal approach - Own the capture lifecycle from qualification to submission with clear timelines, milestones, and accountability - Help define which opportunities webAI should pursue and ensure focus
