Job Description Job Title: Growth active DoD Secret clearance (preferred); military experience (preferred) Preferred Technical & Domain Experience Working knowledge of enterprise IT and emerging technology environments, including: Cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, hybrid architectures) Data platforms, system integrations, and digital modernization efforts Networked and distributed systems within federal environments AI/ML awareness in federal environments, including: Understanding how AI is influencing mission delivery, acquisition, and competitive positioning Ability to support identification of AI-enabled solutions aligned to agency priorities Familiarity with automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven operations Ability to engage credibly in technical discussions and translate concepts into clear, compelling win themes Exposure to federal frameworks and compliance environments (e.g., NIST, RMF, data governance) Compensation & Benefits CompTech offers a compensation package designed to reward performance and impact: Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a structure designed to reward performance and impact.
