Must Have

Capability in Microsoft Office Suite, Demonstrable leadership skills with prior supervisory experience, Highly competitive and self-driven, Hands on, with a can-do attitude, Collaborative and inspiring, Experienced in the bidding process, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Willing and able to travel for business

Nice to Have

Undergraduate additional education may be substituted for experience, preferably in an international corporate engineering environment

What You'll Do.

Mature and deliver agreed pursuits

Gain intimate understanding of opportunity

Hold win strategy workshops

Produce a capture plan

Establish a solution to client needs

Develop a pricing strategy

Determine look and feel of proposal

Test plan with clients

Undertake internal reviews

Prepare budget proposals

Provide input and support

Undertake pursuit proposal development

Provide leadership to Proposal team

Maintain an overview through disciplined application

Provide strategic input

Strategically enhance Proposal capacity

Responsible for strategic application

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work in partnership with Sector Business Development Directors; Facilitating client intelligence workshops; Work with technical and delivery staff; Work with commercial and pricing specialists; Work with creative specialists; Provide input and support to client relationships; Provide leadership to the Proposal team; Work in partnership with VP Strategic Sales
