Must Have
Proven experience in a leadership role (Supervisor/Head Waiter) or as a Captain in a luxury resort or hotel., Strong personality with team management skills and decision-making ability., Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for customer service., Experience in operating both à la carte and buffet restaurants., Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Nice to Have
