10+ Years of Experience, Direct experience working for or supporting Texas state government agencies, Technical support of enterprise application environments, Strategic roadmap development and long-term technology planning, Executive-level communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement, Technical project management supporting large enterprise systems, Contract interpretation, vendor governance, and vendor accountability management, Data integration, data quality, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9. 2 environments, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle 11 or higher, Production support and deployment activities supporting large multi-agency ERP environments, 8+ Years of Experience, IT Service Desk operations, ITIL framework methodologies and best practices, IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, 3+ Years of Experience, Full administration and support of BOSSDesk or a comparable ITIL-compliant Service Desk platform, Business requirements gathering for large enterprise initiatives, Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies, Information security frameworks such as NIST, Oracle PeopleSoft functional and technical architecture, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, Experience working effectively with distributed and remote teams, Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills, Accessibility compliance and WCAG standards experience, Enterprise audit and compliance support
