Must Have
presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently, Proven experience engaging customers in a pre-sales, proposition, or consulting context, Excellent written communication skills, particularly for presentations and RFI/RFP responses, commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise sales cycles, Ability to work effectively across sales, product, and technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience in capital markets, post-trade processing, clearing, settlement, or custody, Background in solution consulting, pre-sales, or proposition roles within financial services or fintech, Familiarity with capital markets platforms (including Syn~ or comparable systems), Experience contributing to structured RFI/RFP responses, Interest or experience in applying AI tools to improve sales or bid-management processes
What You'll Do.
Articulating and demonstrating the FNZ Capital Markets proposition
with particular emphasis on the Syn~ platform
Supporting pre-sales activities and proposition development
Helping prospective and existing customers understand how FNZ’s capital markets capabilities address their business and technology objectives
Supporting Sales teams across the full pre-sales lifecycle
Delivering compelling
customer-appropriate Syn~ demonstrations
Helping customers understand FNZ’s capital markets value proposition and differentiators
Leading and participating in customer-facing meetings
and proposition walk-throughs
Engaging senior client stakeholders (commercial and technical) to represent FNZ capabilities
Developing and maintaining high-quality pre-sales presentations
and supporting materials for FNZ Capital Markets and Syn~
Translating complex post-trade and platform concepts into clear
customer-friendly narratives
Ensuring proposition material accurately reflects platform capabilities
Collaborating with Marketing to ensure consistency of messaging
Contributing to responses for RFIs and RFPs relating to FNZ Capital Markets and Syn~
Coordinating with internal subject-matter experts to produce accurate
and proposition-led responses
Building and maintaining a reusable RFP response knowledge base
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with Sales, Product, and Solution Consulting teams; Ability to work effectively across sales, product, and technical teams; Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and narrative across all external materials; Coordinate with internal subject-matter experts to produce accurate, well-structured, and proposition-led responses
Communication Scope
