What You'll Achieve.
Build a centralized source of truth for market comparables across debt, equity, and M&A transactions; Directly inform live capital raises and strategic decisions; Contribute to real transactions; Develop investor-grade materials; Gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the company and external partners
Industry & Context.
Evaluate and present potential M&A targets; Prepare board-facing materials and analysis to support transaction decisions
Requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently pursuing an MBA
Nice to Have
Experience in TMT coverage, leveraged finance or M&A, Experience executing debt and equity transactions for high-growth and / or capital intensive industries
What You'll Do.
Build and own consolidated databases for debt
equity and transaction comparables to support live deal execution
Evaluate and present potential M&A targets
including preparing supporting financial analyses
Own deal-level financial models including cash flow waterfalls
merger models and potential investment return models
Prepare board-facing materials and analysis to support transaction decisions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with executives, investors, and external advisors; Interface with lenders, bankers, advisors, strategic partners and founders
Communication Scope
Present potential M&A targets; Prepare board-facing materials and analysis
