6–7 years of experience, Proven track record in managing investment transactions, Demonstrated experience across multiple asset classes, Knowledge of real estate financial analysis, Advanced modelling, Solid understanding of institutional investors, Solid understanding of developers, Solid understanding of market dynamics, Native Italian speaker or C1 intermediate (B1 level) in English, Excellent command of Microsoft Office
