The Capacity Planning Analyst delivers accurate demand forecasts and capacity plans that allow Entain to meet customer demand across multiple markets and channels. * You will focus on producing high‑quality planning outputs, maintaining forecasting models, and providing data‑led insight to operational partners. Working with the wider Planning & Performance team, the Analyst supports working relations with the Operations and Finance teams. The Analyst helps ensure they meet service targets while supporting cost control and business growth. ## Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Essential * 1–3 years' experience in an Analyst, Capacity Planning, Resource Planning, or Workforce Management role. * Experience working with data to produce forecasts, plans, or operational insight in a fast‑paced environment. * Experience of workforce management tools such as NICE WFM (an advantage), Verint, Genesys Cloud, or Calabrio. * Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and basic modelling. * Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to clearly communicate data and insights to non‑technical partners. * Experience producing reports or presentations (PowerPoint) for operational audiences. Desirable * Experience in contact centre, operations, gaming, betting, e‑commerce, or other high‑volume environments. * Experience supporting planning across multiple teams, markets, or time zones. ## Additional Information W
