We are looking for our technicians to apply their technical expertise, problem solving skills, and dedication to quality to positively impact the future of energy!   ## Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor assembly technicians, providing direction and support to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. Assembly Operations: Interpret technical drawings, work orders, manufacturing instructions, and process documentation to assemble capacitor components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications. Production Coordination: Organize daily work assignments, monitor workflow, and coordinate resources to ensure efficient production schedules and on-time delivery of products. Tool & Equipment Operation: Utilize and oversee the proper use of hand tools, power tools, assembly fixtures, testing equipment, and production machinery to support manufacturing operations. Quality Assurance: Perform and verify quality inspections, in-process checks, and functional testing to ensure products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and company quality standards.
