We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities for career growth.   We’re actively interviewing for Canvassers to support lead generation and neighborhood outreach throughout the Canton metro area and nearby communities including Massillon, North Canton, Green, Alliance, Louisville, Jackson Township, Akron, Uniontown, Hartville, and surrounding Northeast Ohio areas. ## What You'll Do Engage homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach Share information about Window Nation’s replacement window and door products Follow simple presentations and talking points provided during training Represent Window Nation at local events, community festivals, and retail activations Generate qualified leads and appointment opportunities for the sales team Deliver excellent customer service and answer homeowner questions professionally Work outdoors while walking and standing for portions of your shift ## Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of work experience Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation ## Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in canvassing, customer service, retail
