What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED required, Ability to read and write and converse in English, Thorough understanding of hydraulic, electric, mechanical and pneumatic systems, Ability to read blueprints and schematics, Ability to maintain accurate records
Nice to Have
Associates Degree in a technical field preferred, two years technical experience required, computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word preferred)
What You'll Do.
Perform maintenance on electronic equipment
Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment
Follow manufacturer’s specifications
Perform duties within cGMPs
Maintain change control
Notify QA/RA and engineering
Make adjustments within documented limits
Make adjustments within validated limits
Ensure compliance with BD quality systems
Ensure compliance with BD policies
Ensure compliance with BD procedures
Ensure compliance with BD best practices
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Perform troubleshooting
Perform preventative maintenance
Maintain parts inventory
Support engineering projects
Install new equipment
Perform new equipment IQs
Conduct Continuous Improvement projects
Test electronic circuits
Understand use of oscilloscopes
Understand use of signal generators
Understand use of amp meters
Understand use of voltmeters
Install control panel wiring
Modify control panel wiring
Understand control panel wiring
Maintain PLC ladder logic programs
Assist with machine set-ups
Assist with machine operation
Maintain inventory of spare parts
Perform troubleshooting of pneumatic systems
Perform troubleshooting of mechanical systems
Repair pneumatic systems
Repair mechanical systems
Propose design changes
Review design changes with engineer
Eliminate re-occurring problems
Improve product quality
Correct problems during off shifts
Work on call-up basis
