What They're Looking For.
Must Have
21+ and currently residing in the USA, Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtainable upon hire — we'll help you through it), Basic math, computer, and organizational skills, A sharp eye for detail and a love of process-driven work, communication and time management skills, A genuine desire to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team, Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
Nice to Have
1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience, Cannabis industry experience

Ready? Let's talk about the role. ## ABOUT THE ROLE The Cultivation Flowering Associate is a hands-on, essential role within our Cultivation team. You'll work closely with our Flowering Supervisors and Managers to nurture and manage our plants from growth through harvest. No two days look exactly the same — you'll rotate through a variety of tasks including transplanting, pruning, defoliating, trellising, integrated pest management, harvesting, bucking, trimming, drying, binning, curing, waste disposal, and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
