What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources

Nice to Have

2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator, applicant reviewer, or in a sourcing capacity, Experience as a recruiter, Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system, Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools, Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, adapt to shifting priorities, Team player with a high sense of urgency, Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion to contribute to the team’s success, Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, including senior management, on a 1: 1 basis and in groups, Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the space industry, Excellent written and oral communication skills

What You'll Do.

Augment initial outreach to prospective candidates

Drive program management efforts to improve hiring efficiency

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with recruiters; Align on ideal candidate profile; Share relevant applicants with hiring teams; Coordinate between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and hiring team

Communication Scope

Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with all levels

Process & Methodology

Drive forward program management to measure and track hiring efficiency
