You’ll work closely with various levels of consultants to: * Proactively source high‑quality business support candidates (EA, PA and senior support roles). * Conduct screening and registration interviews. * Build long‑term, trusted relationships with candidates. * Shape and manage talent pools for repeat and retained searches. * Deliver an outstanding, thoughtful candidate experience at every stage.
