The successful candidate will act as the **owner of the interview process** , ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will play a critical role in maintaining communication, coordinating interview stages, and supporting both existing employees and prospective talent from the **initial interview stages through to successful onboarding**.
