As our Candidate Experience Intern (m/f/d), you’ll sit at the heart of our hiring process: keeping things moving, keeping people informed, and constantly asking “how can this be better?” You’ll help manage the day-to-day rhythm of our interview pipeline while bringing fresh ideas, bringing a genuine love of AI tools as a user and explorer, and a real commitment to making every candidate feel like a human being, not a ticket number. This would be an initial 6 month contract based out of our Berlin office.
