Full Job Description
_We’re looking for an**Canada Retirement – Plan Design Analyst (L3)** to join our team at MBPS. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the requirements from the clients and capturing all pertinent information into the systems based on the established guidelines and state regulations._ **Position Responsibilities:** * Accurate indexing of forms (medical and non-medical) * Process and capture information to the system according to established methods and procedures * Practice good judgment in processing cases * Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors * Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics **Required Qualifications:** * Must have at least one-year tenure in the current position. * Should not have any attendance issues. * Must meet job expectations and pass all performance metrics in the current unit. * No disciplinary actions of any sort for the past 12 months **Preferred Qualifications:** * Keyboarding skills of at least 45 WPM with 98% accuracy. * Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to work rotating shifts. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, precise, and structured writing. * Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Good understanding of written communication etiquette (email and chat) and ability to proactively respond to business situations. **_When you join our team:_** * We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want * We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words. * As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see. **About Manulife and John Hancock** Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
