What You'll Do.

proctoring numerous tests and exams to groups of individuals while maintaining a secure testing environment

maintains confidentiality and security of all testing materials

Supports other compliance initiatives as directed by the Director of Compliance and Administration

Verifying valid government IDs and other legal documents

Ensuring compliance with all PSI

FAA and any other regulatory body’s policies and procedures on testing

Responsible for reception check‐in and out of testing candidates

Monitoring duties include one‐way mirror surveillance

and routine walk through inspections

Advise students regarding testing competencies

General office tasks include report writing

and over the phone customer etiquette

Assist in training new testing proctors

Assist with daily test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment

Additional duties as assigned by the Campus Executive Director or Director of Compliance and Administration
