Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment., Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure., Demonstrate a high level of integrity, work ethic, and professionalism., Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service in an educational setting., Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with problem-solving skills., Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills., Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams., Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.
Nice to Have
Experience as a testing proctor, Prior experience in a college admissions environment
What You'll Do.
Monitoring duties include one‐way mirror surveillance
and routine walk through inspections
Advise students regarding testing competencies.
General office tasks include report writing
and over the phone customer etiquette.
Assist in training new testing proctors
Assist with daily test center operations to ensure a safe and secure testing environment
Additional duties as assigned by the Campus Executive Director or Director of Compliance and Administration
