What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Urban Planning, or related field, 5 + years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, space planning, or program management, Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a matrixed organization, Strong project coordination skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and timelines, Excellent data management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite of programs (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Doc/Word) and project management tools, Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels, Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capabilities, Experience working with external vendors and service providers
Nice to Have
Experience in a large-scale corporate campus environment, Familiarity with IWMS platforms (e. g. , Tririga, Archibus, Serraview) and space planning software, Knowledge of workplace design principles and employee experience strategies
