We need someone who takes pride in making that possible — keeping the place sharp, the rooms ready, and common areas sparkling clean. What you'll do - Turn over guest rooms and resident housing after checkouts — fresh linens, spotless spaces, ready for the next person - Keep common areas, offices, and shared facilities clean and well-stocked throughout the day - Support food and beverage operations - Spot what needs doing before anyone has to ask - Coordinate with the team on scheduling, supply needs, and anything that keeps the campus operating at a high standard Who you are - Detail-oriented: you notice the thing everyone else walks past - High-energy: you move fast and take pride in output - Autonomous: you don't need hand-holding; you see the work and you do it - Reliable and consistent, day in and day out - Someone who genuinely cares about the environment they're responsible for
