Must Have
1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent operations, campus recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field, Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Comfortable working within structured processes and systems, written and verbal communication skills, Experience working with an ATS and recruitment tools, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, Ability to remain highly accurate and efficient while managing high candidate volume

Experience coordinating events, interviews, or assessment processes is considered an asset
What You'll Do.
Manage candidates through various stages of the campus selection process within our ATS
Coordinate and administer assessments including cognitive testing
and interview scheduling
Support the planning and execution of Selection Days

Help facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
and efficiency across all candidate workflows and selection activities
Monitor candidate progress and proactively identify gaps
Maintain attention to detail while managing a high-volume pipeline
Support reporting and tracking related to campus recruitment activity and selection outcomes

We’re looking for a Campus Selection Coordinator to help ensure our candidate experience is seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-executed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in managing candidates through multiple stages of assessment while helping coordinate and execute our flagship Selection Day experience.
