What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years' experience, 2 years' experience in registration/records, Experience with Anthology Campus
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, Equivalent experience of at least 3 years
What You'll Do.
Evaluate incoming transcripts
Ensure transcript alignment
Maintain accurate documentation
Manage student registration processes
Coordinate distribution of course codes
Run Satisfactory Academic Progress
Communicate academic standing
compliant student records
Process student status changes
Oversee grade changes
Oversee academic recordkeeping
Monitor attendance records
Correct attendance records
Resolve discrepancies promptly
Update student personal information
Ensure tech access is maintained
Respond to student inquiries
Prioritize urgent issues
Provide timely support
Process transcript requests
Process enrollment verification requests
Verify degree requirements
Manage academic honors
Support resolution of student complaints
Support resolution of technical issues
Standardize registrar practices
Implement campus-wide initiatives
