Position Purpose The Campus Receptionist is a vital role responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and ensuring efficient communication across campus. This position involves managing inbound calls, greeting guests, and supporting the Admissions Department with documentation tasks as directed by the Director of Admissions. Key Duties: Greet and assist all visitors to the campus, providing information and directing them to the appropriate departments or services. Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between the campus and external stakeholders.
