Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field, 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations, 5+ years of senior leadership or site management experience, knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, Proven budget and vendor management experience, Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in hyperscale or colocation environments, Familiarity with Tier III / Tier IV standards, Experience supporting large-scale expansions, Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, CFM, or CEM
What You'll Do.
Provide leadership for data-center campus operations
Maintain operational readiness and accountability
Oversee operation and maintenance of infrastructure
Ensure adherence to maintenance programs
Own campus-level OPEX and CAPEX budgets
Ensure compliance with requirements
Serve as senior site representative
Oversee vendor performance
Establish KPIs and drive improvement
