Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout. ## Your Adventure Ahead Develop, manage, and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels (CRM, website, ShopBack app, Paid initiatives, etc.) to drive commercial performance and user base growth Understand business performance deeply and utilize relevant data and analytics to improve on campaigns, channel strategies and user segmentation and targeting Engage and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams within the Local Team (Social Media, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service etc) as well as with the Regional Team (Business Development, CRM, Data, and Performance Marketing Team) to develop relevant marketing strategies Tackle complex business problems by converting raw data into actionable insights and next steps Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns ## Essentials to Succeed 0 to 2 years experience in marketing / commercial teams, preferably within a digital / tech / e-Commerce environment Fresh grads are encouraged to apply Comfortable working
