Campaigning Analyst **The Opportunity:** As an expert in defense missions, your unique background inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients’ most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe. Provide strategy and campaign planning support to Combatant Command client, including writing, analyzing, coordinating, implementing, and assessing strategies and processes. Conduct analysis, provide recommendations, and support staff planning. Proactively coordinate with stakeholders across various echelons to develop and implement strategy and processes to advance client missions. Support participation in Joint Staff, and Combatant Command strategy conferences, working groups, and staff processes. Leverage decision-support products to inform senior-leader decisions. Facilitate senior leader participation in Joint Staff and CCMD meetings and events to advocate on behalf of command equities and promote priority talking points. Bring experience and expertise with strategy development and implementation processes and programs. The world can’t wait. **You Have:** * 6+ years of experience with military operations or strategy * 2+ years of experience supporting high-level headquarters staff, including component, TSOC, CCMD, Service HQ, OSD, or Joint Staff * Experience producing client-ready products and written materials for the Department of Defense * Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with client strategic objectives * Ability to be a self-started, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently and as part of a team, analyze complex data, and prioritize t
