About the Role Airship's Strategic Services team is home to expert digital marketers and trusted advisors to some of the largest brands around the globe. As a Campaign Specialist, you'll provide hands-on guidance, execution and analysis of customer engagement campaigns across Airship's channel portfolio, including email, SMS, push notifications, mobile wallet and web. You're someone who is passionate about mobile technology and meeting consumer needs. You enjoy working with data, digging into campaign concepts and best practices, and sharing what you've learned with customers. You're curious, ask great questions, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do* Execute campaign messages and customer journeys from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including briefing, segmentation, A/B testing and customer approval Build and use campaign and channel performance repo
