Must Have
Graduate degree, Exposure to MS office, Comfort with numbers, Experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment, Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system, Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays in a 24/7/365 environment, Experience in campaign operations, digital marketing operations, or content management
Nice to Have
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving, Experience that includes analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, Experience working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven operations environment
What You'll Do.
Fulfill objectives and KPI criteria
Alert managers/SMEs on problems or concerns
Meet daily goals on tasks allocated
Resolve customer facing trouble ticketing process
Comply with SOP or manager's directions
Ensure tasks meet quality standards
Spot/catch errors in SOP content
Reachout to SMEs for correcting SOP
Offer automation ideas/Kaizens for process enhancement
Provide inputs to SMEs during root cause analysis
Build campaigns using marketing tools
Follow operations work flows
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Deliver assigned campaigns on time
Learn and adapt to new features
Update workflow tools and trackers
Keep track of daily tasks
